- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
- 60 fat-free crackers
Directions

1In bowl, mix sour cream, spinach, red pepper, scallions, garlic and liquid hot pepper until well blended.

2Cover, chill until serving time.
