  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Italian Good Seasons salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. dry dill
  • 1 pkg. leek onion soup mix
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • fresh parsley and scallions
  • 1 round loaf pumpernickle bread

Directions

    Thaw and drain spinach.

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and set overnight.

    Scoop out center of loaf; cut bread into 1 inch squares.

    Place dip into center of loaf and serve with bread squares.
