  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix

Directions

    The spinach should have all excess water squeezed out.

    Mix all ingredients and chill for 8 hours.

    Serve with Wheat Thins or raw vegetables.
