Spinach Dip

  • 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 pkg. Lipton dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can chopped water chestnuts

Directions

    Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Serve with crackers or it's wonderful with Hawaiian bread.
