Spinach Dip

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 loaf Hawaiian pocket bread

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Mix well with remaining ingredients, except bread.

    Chill.

    When ready to serve, make a bowl out of the Hawaiian bread by cutting out the soft center portion, filling with dip.

    Cut the bread that has been removed into bite size cubes to dip in the spinach mixture.
