- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/2 c. minced green onion
- 1 small box frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 loaves round pumpernickel bread
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach.

2Mix all ingredients together and chill.

3Hollow out one loaf for serving dip and cube second loaf for dipping.
