  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3 oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1/2 c. minced green onion
  • 1 small box frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 loaves round pumpernickel bread

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Mix all ingredients together and chill.

    Hollow out one loaf for serving dip and cube second loaf for dipping.
