  • 1 envelope Lipton vegetable soup mix
  • 1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream (light)
  • 1/2 c. mayo (light)
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
