Spinach Dip

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 box Mrs. Grass' vegetable soup mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Hawaiian bread

Directions

    Defrost spinach; drain.

    Place spinach in a bowl.

    Add vegetable soup mix (dry).

    Mix in the sour cream.

    Let set in refrigerator overnight.

    When ready to serve, tear the middle part of the Hawaiian bread into bite size pieces.

    Put the dip in the middle of carved out bread.

    Serve on a big plate, so you can arrange torn bread around dip.
