- 1 round French bread
- 1 1/2 pkg. fresh spinach
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 pkg. Swiss Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 c. plain yogurt
Directions

1Wash spinach.

2Boil 4 minutes in 1-inch of water in a heavy pan.

3Drain, cool and chop finely.

4Fold in remaining ingredients (except bread).

5Chill 8 hours.

6Hollow out the French bread and fill with dip.

7Serve with crackers and sliced bread.
