  • 10 oz. frozen spinach
  • 1/3 c. green onions
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. dill seed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Chop spinach and onions in blender.

    Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice and dill seed.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Combine spinach and mayonnaise mixtures and pour into covered dish.

    Chill 1 hour or overnight.

    Will keep in refrigerator several days.
