  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
  • 4 small green onions, chopped
  • 1 round loaf rye or dark rye bread

Directions

    Thaw spinach.

    Squeeze out water.
  3. 3
    Add mayonnaise, sour cream, water chestnuts, soup mix and green onions.

    Cut off top of bread and hollow out center of loaf.

    Place dip into hollowed out center. Place torn out bread pieces outside of the loaf.
