Spinach Dip

  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 Tbsp. dehydrated chopped onion
  • 2 lb. unsliced loaf pumpernickel or rye bread (if desired)
  • crackers, party rye or party pumpernickel

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vegetable soup mix, drained spinach and onion.

    Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving time.

    If desired, serve in hollowed out loaf of pumpernickel or rye bread.

    Serve with crackers or party pumpernickel or rye breads.

    Makes about four cups dip.
