  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well. Finely chop onions and water chestnuts and mix all ingredients (use dry soup mix).

    Serve with Wheat Thins.
