Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (let thaw and drain thoroughly)
  • 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
  • loaf of Hawaiian or Italian bread

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients and let stand for 24 hours.

    Carve out center of bread loaf and place dip in just before serving.

    Use chunks of bread and crackers for serving.
