Spinach Dip

  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (8 oz.) water chestnuts
  • 2 (1.4 oz.) dry vegetable soup
  • 1 c. green onion
  • 2 loaves round sourdough bread

Directions

    Thaw and chop spinach; drain and chop water chestnuts.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Tear out center of bread into mouth-size pieces to make bowl for dip.

    Put dip in center of bread and use pieces of bread you tore out to dip in the dip.
