  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. green onions with tops, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • a few drops Tabasco pepper sauce

Directions

    Drain spinach, pressing against sides of sieve until all moisture is removed.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours for full flavor development.

    Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
