Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
• 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
• 1 package knorr vegetable soup mix
• 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
• 1---10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, (uncooked), thawed and liquid squeezed out
• 1---8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped coarsely
