  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed very dry
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seed
  • 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning (made by Spice Islands)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Chill several hours or overnight.

    Serve with favorite fresh vegetables.
