- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (9 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 round loaf French bread
Directions

1Thaw and drain spinach.

2Mix all of the ingredients together, except the bread.

3Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours before serving. Hollow out the center of the bread and pour dip into it.

4Break up hollowed-out bread for dipping.

5Add raw vegetables, breadsticks and more bread for dipping.
