Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1/2 c. dried onions
  • 1 to 2 lb. loaf rye bread (leave whole)

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients except bread and refrigerate overnight. Carve out inside of rye bread and cut into serving pieces.

    Fill the bread cavity with the spinach mixture when you are ready to serve.

    Use the bread cubes to dip into the mix.
