  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

    Squeeze dry spinach.

    Stir in 1 package soup mix, sour cream and salad dressing until well blended.

    Add water chestnuts.

    Mix well.

    Cover and chill 2 hours.

    Stir before serving.

    Makes about 4 cups.

    Serve with chips or crackers.
