  • 20 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted (2 packages)
  • 2 cups sour cream or 1 cup sour cream & 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces water chestnuts (1 can)
  • 2 1/2 ounces knorr leek soup mix (2 packages)
  • 1 cup chopped green onion

Directions

    Squeeze moisture from spinach.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Refrigerate for 3 hrs, or overnight.

    Serve in hollowed out round loaf of sour dough French bread or with assorted vegetables.
