- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable liquor
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt (if needed)
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- red pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions.

2Drain and reserve liquor.

3Melt butter in pan over low heat.

4Add onion; cook until soft, but not brown.

5Add flour, stirring until smooth, but not brown.

6Add liquor.

7Stir until smooth. Add milk and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.

8Add seasonings and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.

9Combine with cooked spinach.

10Put in casserole, top with bread crumbs and bake just until heated through at 350°.
