- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 medium onion
- 8 oz. lite cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
- seasonings to taste: salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Drain spinach; cut artichoke hearts in quarters.

2Chop onion and saute.

3Heat and mix in cream cheese and mayonnaise.

4Mix in spinach, artichokes and seasonings.

5Pour into a shallow dish (an 8-inch pie pan works well).

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Serve as a vegetable or appetizer.
