  • 12 lb ground turkey breast
  • 12 lb lean ground beef
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10 ounce) packagechopped spinach
  • 1 (10 ounce) can 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F Coat 8x11 baking dish with cooking spray.

    Heat skillet coated with cooking spray.

    Cook meats, onion 6 minutes; drain.

    (Pour into a colander and dump 4 cups of very hot water over it to remove even more fat).

    Microwave spinach according to package.

    Squeeze dry.

    Mix soup, sour cream, 3/4 of cheese, garlic powder, salt, basil.

    Add meat, spinach.
