- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 each cloves, garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 packages frozen chop spinach
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 each mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown in oil, beef, onions, mushrooms, garlic and oregano.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Place spinach on top.

4Cover and steam untill mixable.

5Mix in medium casserole dish with soup and sour cream.

6Cut cheese into strips and place on top.

7Cook uncovered 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.
