Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 each cloves, garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 packages frozen chop spinach
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 each mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown in oil, beef, onions, mushrooms, garlic and oregano.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Place spinach on top.

    Cover and steam untill mixable.

    Mix in medium casserole dish with soup and sour cream.

    Cut cheese into strips and place on top.

    Cook uncovered 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.
