  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 can celery soup (no liquid added)
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown beef with mushrooms and seasonings. Add spinach and cook until thawed. Drain well. Stir in soup and sour cream. Pour into casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
