- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 slices bacon
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small clove garlic, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well.

2Press out all liquid.

3Heat in skillet the olive oil.

4Saute the garlic until golden brown. Add spinach, salt, pepper and Accent.

5Mix well. Spread spinach mix over bottom of skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook, turning spinach, until very hot. Add eggs and keep turning spinach until eggs are cooked. Crumble and add bacon. Stir to mix. Drain off excess oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
