- 1 5/8 cups plain flour
- 7 tablespoons butter Cold
- 5 tablespoons ice water
- 4 3/8 ounces chicken or Picnic Ham, shredded
- 4 1/8 cups spinach wash& drain well, shredded
- 1/2 tablespoon shallots sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 5 3/8 tablespoons whipping cream
- 5 3/8 tablespoons full cream milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash white pepper
- 7 1/16 tablespoons cheddar cheese grated
Directions

1With little oil, fry shallot till fragrant and golden brown.

2Add ham fry for a while and add spinach and fry till spinach cooked, dish up and set aside.

3Measure whipping cream and milk together in measuring cup (you can omit whipping cream and use all 160ml milk) add eggs, lightly beaten and pinch of salt, mix well.

4Spread ham spinach and cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom of the prepared tart pan, add a dash of pepper then gently pour egg mixture over it.

5Bake at preheated 180C for 40 mins and serve hot or warm.
