  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. herb stuffing mix (Stove Top)
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

Directions

    Mix eggs and margarine together.

    Add all other ingredients. Make into small patties like cookies.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 325° for 15 minutes.
