  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 large green onions, cut off green part
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed but not squeezed dry
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. tahini paste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place garlic and green onion in food processor with metal blade.

    Process until minced.

    Add drained garbanzo beans and puree until smooth.

    Add spinach, lemon juice, water, tahini paste and salt.

    Process until mixed.
