- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 large green onions, cut off green part
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can garbanzo beans, thoroughly drained
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed but not squeezed dry
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. tahini paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place garlic and green onion in food processor with metal blade.

2Process until minced.

3Add drained garbanzo beans and puree until smooth.

4Add spinach, lemon juice, water, tahini paste and salt.
