  • 52 ounces, weight Spaghetti Sauce
  • 12 ounces, weight Canned Tomato Paste
  • 16 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 10 ounces, weight Package Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 pieces Uncooked Lasagna Noodles

Directions

    Mix together the spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, sour cream, slightly beaten eggs, spinach and Parmesan cheese.

    Grease a large lasagna pan.

    Layer in the following order: 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce, a layer of lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the spinach cheese mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat.

    Finish with the remaining spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.

    Cover tightly with foil.

    Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour.

    Uncover and continue cooking for 15 minutes longer.

    Remove from oven and let it set for 15 minutes before serving.
