  • 1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
  • 8 oz. Lasagna Noodles (Cooked and Drained)
  • 2 pkgs. Frozen Spinach (Chopped, Cooked, & Drained)
  • 1 c. Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 Large Carton Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c. Soft Margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Sweet Basil
  • Garlic Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

    1. Mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine, eggs, and seasonings in a large dish.

    2. Grease a 9 x 13 pan and layer noodles, cottage cheese

    mixture, mozzarella, and spinach. Repeat layers.

    Mozzarella cheese should be the last layer. 3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 15
