- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (reserve 1 c.)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (reserve 1/4 c.)
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- salt and pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 2/3 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine spinach, Ricotta, 2 cups Mozzarella, eggs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and seasonings.

3Mix well; set aside.

4Evenly spread 3/4 cup sauce in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

5Layer with 3 noodles, 2 cups cheese mixture and 3/4 cup sauce.

6Repeat layers twice.

7Top with 3 noodles, remaining sauce and reserved cheese.

8Bake, covered, for 35 minutes.

9Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.

10Cool 10 minutes before serving.
