Spinach Lasagna

  • 12 oz. uncooked lasagna
  • 2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
  • 32 oz. Italian spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan and pour 1 cup of sauce on bottom. Put 1/3 of uncooked lasagna over sauce.

    In large bowl mix together cheeses and thawed spinach.

    Alternate layers of cheese mix, sauce and noodles, ending with sauce.

    Add parmesan cheese over all.

    Pour 1 cup water around the edge.

    Seal with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

    Let set 10 minutes before cutting.

    Can be frozen without water.
