- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles, uncooked
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.

2Mix well.

3Spread 1/2 cup sauce in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.

4Place 1/3 uncooked noodles over sauce. Spread with 1/2 cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.

5Pour water around edges.

6Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
