  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 8 oz. tub Ricotta cheese
  • pinch of garlic
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 16 oz. any favorite tomato sauce
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • lasagne noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    In skillet heat and soften onions and garlic with oil.

    Add Ricotta, eggs, Parmesan cheese and thawed, drained spinach.

    Cook on stove until slightly browned.

    Prepare sauce.

    Prepare noodles per package directions.
