Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (9 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 teaspoon fennel
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Cut bread lengthwise in half and place on a cookie sheet cut side up.

3Heat oil over medium heat.

4Add onion and garlic.

5Cook 4 minutes.

6Add spinach, heat 1 minute.

7Remove from heat and stir in parmesan, Italian seasoning, and fennel.

8Spread mixture evenly over bread.

9Sprinkle with tomatoes and mozzarella.

10Bake 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
