- 3/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
Directions

1Cook and crumble sausage; drain.

2Roll thawed dough out to about 15 x 8-inch rectangle.

3Sprinkle cheese over dough, leaving about 1 inch border all around.

4Top with sausage and spinach. Bring long sides of dough together; pinch to seal all edges.

5Bake on a greased cookie sheet, seam side down, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.
