  • 32 oz. spaghetti sauce (I use Ragu with meat)
  • 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 pkg. manicotti shells or 24 shells
  • 1 c. water

    a large bowl, mix together the spinach, both cheeses and

    mixture into uncooked manicotti shells. Spread 1 cup spaghetti

    sauce and the water in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
