Ingredients

• 2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
• 1/2 c. celery, chopped small
• 1/2 small onion, chopped
• 1 c. shredded cheese
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar
• salt to taste
