  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 3 c. cooked egg noodles (5 oz. uncooked)
  • 10 oz. pkg. spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and salt at medium speed with electric mixer until blended.

    With spoon, stir in Ricotta, noodles and spinach.

    Turn into buttered baking dish.

    Mix butter with bread crumbs; sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 375° until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

    Makes 6 servings.
