- 1 box frozen, chopped broccoli or spinach
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 3/4 c. stuffing mix
Directions

1Thaw spinach.

2Add cheese, soup, butter, onion and egg; mix well.

3Toss in stuffing (reserve 3/4 cup).

4Place in greased 1-quart casserole.

5Top with remaining stuffing.

6Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
