  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. wine or cider vinegar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, grated
  • 4 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Gruyere cheese
  • 3/4 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper
