  • 1 pkg. Birds Eye chopped spinach
  • 6 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Defrost spinach patties and drain water.

    Add 5 or 6 heaping tablespoonfuls of flour, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese and egg. Stir until mixed well.

    Will be kind of watery.

    Cover bottom of skillet with Mazola oil and heat.
  5. 5
    Make small patties and fry until crisp on both sides.
  6. 6
    Keeps better if extra crispy.
