  • 3 c. fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
  • 2 c. parsley
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. pine nuts, almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    In blender or processor, puree all ingredients until smooth. Toss with hot cooked pasta (approximately 1 pound).
