- 1 package (12 Oz. Size) Frozen Spinach Souffle, Such As Stouffer's
- 3 ounces, weight Feta Cheese, Divided
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 8 whole Phyllo Dough Sheets
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Microwave spinach souffle according to package directions and add to a mixing bowl.

2Stir in half of feta cheese, lemon juice, cayenne, and salt, mixing well to combine; set aside.

3Lay out 1 sheet of phyllo dough and brush lightly with butter.

4Lay a second sheet on top of the first and repeat the process until all 8 sheets have been stacked and buttered.

5Slice into 6 equal-portioned squares, and gently fit each square into a standard muffin tin.

6Spoon spinach mixture evenly into each phyllo cup, then sprinkle with remaining feta cheese.

7Bake 12-15 minutes until edges of phyllo are golden.
