  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce, heated

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Mix spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs and nutmeg.

    Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Cut into wedges.

    Serve with spaghetti sauce.
