- 1 package (10 Oz.) Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 1/2 pounds Mild Or Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 piece Pie Shell
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream (stirred Well)
- 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs
- 4 pieces Butter (optional)
Directions

1Cook and drain the frozen chopped spinach.

2Mix in the cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, and salt.

3Pour into the pie shell.

4Spread sour cream over the top in small amounts.

5Top with dry bread crumbs.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

7(Optional: add 4 to 5 small pats of butter on the last 30 minutes of baking.)

8Cool slightly before serving.
