  • 1 package (10 Oz.) Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 1/2 pounds Mild Or Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 piece Pie Shell
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream (stirred Well)
  • 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 4 pieces Butter (optional)

Directions

    Cook and drain the frozen chopped spinach.

    Mix in the cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, and salt.

    Pour into the pie shell.

    Spread sour cream over the top in small amounts.

    Top with dry bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    (Optional: add 4 to 5 small pats of butter on the last 30 minutes of baking.)
