- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 lb. sauteed mushrooms
- 1 tiny chopped onion
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
Directions

1Defrost spinach; drain and squeeze out all water.

2Combine and mix all ingredients.

3Pour into deep 9-inch pie plate, slightly oiled.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

5Last 5 minutes, dab top with 2 pats of butter.
